Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of Novarex under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product has not been damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used dietary supplements cannot be accepted for return unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially consumed dietary supplements (unless defective or damaged).
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Products that have been stored or handled improperly.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at inquiry-@zorvynexquorvexx.world with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable (for damaged or defective items).
  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions within 3 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind, unopened product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

For returns due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at inquiry-@zorvynexquorvexx.world. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return process applies.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable US federal or state law, including consumer protection provisions under the FTC Act or applicable state consumer protection statutes.
